As a Centre we are very lucky to be able to hold T’ai Chi each week thanks to funding provided by Street Football Wales. T’ai Chi offers gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. It is shown to improve balance, flexibility and fitness, and is the perfect opportunity to switch off for an hour and try something new. Led by a qualified instructor, our group is suitable for all abilities and ages.
