Managing Emotions

This is an 8-week programme which will explore – in a safe setting – how emotions can affect our wellbeing and behaviour. Participants will gain an insight in dealing with negative emotions and some useful tips and strategies to help understand and manage feelings of anger, frustration, anxiety and depression.
