This is an 8-week programme which will explore – in a safe setting – how emotions can affect our wellbeing and behaviour. Participants will gain an insight in dealing with negative emotions and some useful tips and strategies to help understand and manage feelings of anger, frustration, anxiety and depression.
The Managing Emotions courses happen at multiple times throughout the year, so get in touch now to join the waiting list for the next start date.
Courses are held at North Wales Women’s Centre and are relaxed and informal.
