Who we are:

We are a person centred; multidisciplinary service based in Rhyl. We provide one to one support, counselling, training courses and community activities for women across North Wales. Our approach is innovative and responds directly to the changing needs of our community.

Our work is challenging and rewarding, and no two days are the same.

It’s an exciting time to join North Wales Women’s Centre. Changes to local and national policy and the way we work at the centre means everyone working here will be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of women’s services.

Pwy ydyn ni:

Gwasanaeth amlddisgyblaethol ydyn ni, wedi’i leoli yn Y Rhyl, sy’n gosod yr unigolyn yn gyntaf. Rydyn ni’n darparu cefnogaeth bersonol, cwnsela, cyrsiau hyfforddi a gweithgareddau cymunedol i ferched ledled Gogledd Cymru. Mae ein dull yn arloesol ac yn ymateb yn uniongyrchol i anghenion newidiol ein cymuned.

Mae ein gwaith yn heriol ac yn rhoi boddhad – mae pob diwrnod yn wahanol.

Mae hi’n gyfnod cyffrous i ymuno â Chanolfan Merched Gogledd Cymru. Mae newidiadau i bolisi lleol a chenedlaethol a’r ffordd rydyn ni’n gweithio yn y ganolfan yn golygu y bydd pawb sy’n gweithio yma’n rhan o dîm arloesol sy’n llywio dyfodol gwasanaethau merched.

What we offer:

We reward talent with a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave (accruing to 31 with 3 years’ service) plus bank holidays, and a generous contributory pension scheme. We also offer independent clinical supervision to all staff.

Yr hyn rydyn ni’n ei gynnig:

Mae cyflog cystadleuol i rai talentog, ynghyd â 28 diwrnod o wyliau (yn cynyddu i 31 wedi 3 blynedd o wasanaeth)a’r gwyliau banc, yn ogystal â chynllun pensiwn cyfrannol hael. Rydyn ni hefyd yn cynnig goruchwyliaeth clinigol annibynnol i’n holl staff
